Refund and Return Policy

 

1. Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries

If a product is delivered incorrectly or damaged during delivery, we will replace it at no cost to you. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all documentation and accessories included.

2. Refunds for Unused Products

A credit note or refund (less administrative costs) may be issued for unused products returned within 7 days in their original packaging, with all documentation and accessories. This excludes shipping costs.

3. Return Shipping Responsibilities

We will not reimburse the cost of shipping returns to us. However, if the unit is subject to replacement due to a fault, return shipping will be covered within 6 months of the purchase date. After 6 months, you will be responsible for shipping costs.

4. Returns Due to Change of Mind or Incorrect Orders

If you ordered a product incorrectly, no longer require it, or have changed your mind, you may return it within 7 days. Returns must be in brand new, unused condition and in original packaging. A collection fee (as quoted based on your location) will be deducted from your refund amount. Additional restocking fees will apply if the item or packaging is not in original condition.

5. Inspection and Restocking Fees

All refunds are subject to inspection, which may take up to 7 business days. Once approved, refunds may take 3–5 business days to process. A 15% restocking fee will apply if the item is not in brand new condition or if packaging/seals are broken. Please return items safely packaged with all original packaging included.

6. Faulty Products – Refund Window

Refunds for faulty products will only be issued if reported within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, defective products will be handled according to the manufacturer’s warranty, which may include replacement but not refund.

To return a faulty product:

  1. Send an email with your order number and a detailed description of the fault.
  2. If possible, include a video showing the issue and ensure the SKU or serial number is visible.
  3. We will review your submission and respond within 3–5 business days.
  4. If required, you will be advised to return the product. Shipping to us is at your cost unless otherwise stated.
  5. If the item is confirmed defective, a replacement will be sent at no cost to you (within warranty period).
